Lockable areas and their impact
Here's how the system's locking ecosystem works and how to leave it configured and active:
Products and materials: prevents any change to the ingredients, raw materials, and materials stored in your database.
Recipes and dishes: fully protects your recipes (technical sheets) so no one can modify ingredients or preparation steps.
Purchases: prevents any retroactive change to issued purchase orders and delivery notes already received in the kitchen.
Sales: prevents changes or mismatches on sales registered and integrated in the platform.
Inventories: locks stock valuations and stock-count closings against unwanted changes.
Stores: locks the physical or logical stores you've configured so their current state and assignment can't be altered.
